Your Role The Construction Engineer actively provides leadership and guidance to construction crews, as well as coordinating day to day operations through appointed Project Managers, managing the company's IMS requirements and program forecasting of secured work. Duties will include; Project Oversight, daily civil construction projects, including contract administration, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control documentation Support design management and ensure construction aligns with engineering drawings, specifications, and statutory regulations Procure and Budget for materials/services in line with IMS requirements and manage project budgets and monthly cost tracking Coordinate Teams and collaborate with project stakeholders including Directors and Supervisors to ensure smooth execution and performance management Enforce SHEQ standards, conduct toolbox meetings, and ensure all safety actions are closed out per IMS protocols Assist with forecasting quantities, schedules, and reports while ensuring project intent is maintained across all teams Client Liaison and fostering strong client relationships, resolve technical queries, and maintain clear communication on project progress and inspections About You Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Structural Engineering or Project Management Seasoned, Local Experience in project management within the Construction Sector Completion of OH&S Induction Training for Construction Industry Workers (White Card) Current drivers licence and reliable transport Planning and organisational skills to deliver successful projects on time Communication and interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining client and subcontractor relationships Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to deliver timely client response Attention to detail Other Details This dynamic role is based in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide and requires regular travel across project sites.
